Postage Information
Tracked Postage is recommended
- Parcel Post includes tracking and up to $100 compensation – Australia Post conditions apply (See details here)
- Item/s will generally be posted the next local business day after confirmation of payment is received
- All items are securely packed to reduce the risk of damage. Where possible I will use recycled / recyclable or compostable packaging materials as my way of helping the environment.
- Please ensure your address and other contact details are correct.
- I am not responsible for your parcel once it has been accepted by Australia Post. If your parcel is lost in transit, I will follow Australia Post protocols and advise you of the outcome.
- Contact me with any other questions before finalising your order.

- Purchases of $120AUD and above are eligible for FREE tracked shipping within Australia.
- Items will be sent as Parcel Post (tracked) through Australia Post unless otherwise stated.
- The $12.00 flat rate Parcel Post has no weight restriction. Add as many items as you wish for the one low postage charge.

- If visiting me at the Studio please bring your Loyalty Card to be stamped. If purchasing online, a new one will be included in each order. (Be a star and collect 10 cards and receive the discount on your next order).
- Each purchase must be a complete transaction, and a minimum spend of $10.00AU
- A 20% discount can be claimed on the 11th completed transaction. Loyalty cards must be surrendered at that time.
- Rewards must be claimed within 12 calendar months of earning them. (Within 12 months of the 10th purchase date).
- Rewards are transferable, so please keep them safe.
In-Studio Shopping
Shop directly from the studio by appointment only.
Do you love a piece you’ve seen on social media or in my online Store, but you want to see it in person; try it on; check the colour against an outfit, etc. Book a time to visit the Studio to shop.
To avoid disappointment, please don’t just pop in. I run my business from my home studio in Bibra Lake and plan my day around other commitments. If you have booked an appointment but are running late, or unable to make it, please let me know.
Appointments outside of usual hours may be available with prior notice. Please contact me to discuss alternative booking times.

PayPal Pay in 4 (BNPL)
PayPal Buy Now Pay Later
Pay in 4 is an interest-free instalment product that lets you split your purchase into 4 payments, with the first payment due at the time of purchase and 3 subsequent repayments made every 2 weeks thereafter.
Pay in 4 will appear as a payment method for eligible accounts and shopping cart values between $30 and $2,000 AUD

PayPal Invoice
Pay as you can.
A payment method spread over many weeks might be a better option for you.
With this style of payment arrangement, you choose to pay any amount, at any interval, until the Invoice is paid in full.
Lay-by Agreement
Lay-by is available (3-month terms)
If you see something you like (or would like to order a custom creation) but the budget won’t stretch that far at the moment, contact me to arrange a Lay-by Agreement.
I will forward an invoice to be paid by your preferred option at the amount and times you chose.
NOTE: Lay-by and Payment Plans Details (other than BNPL)
Please note that the item/s being purchased will not be posted until the invoice is paid in full.
If you have ordered a custom item, or arranged a repair or remodelling of your existing jewellery, work may not start until 50% of the total amount has been received.
Guarantee
- A 1-month (30-day) unconditional money-back guarantee is given on all my original designs.
- The item must be returned to me via tracked postage (Registered Mail) before a refund will be applied.
- Refunds will be made to the original purchaser via the same method of payment only. I.e. – if you paid with PayPal, a PayPal refund will be issued.
- All my pieces, including Custom designs and repairs have a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
- As these pieces are made to the customer’s own requirements they do not come under the above unconditional money-back guarantee.
Repairs and Remodelling Services
I can generally repair or remodel all your existing beadwork.
Some of my designs can be altered, duplicated or remade in different materials or stones to suit your requirements. This will depend on the availability (and suitability) of the materials and the original design.
Simple alterations may be:-
- Earrings – can be changed from Silver plated earwires to Sterling Silver.
- You can choose between ear-wires, lever-backs or studs in various finishes (also some suitable for non-pierced ears).
- Some lengths can be altered.
- Bracelets – some can be lengthened or shortened.
- Necklaces – several can be lengthened with the addition of an extension chain or may be easily adapted.

Custom-Made Designs Are Available
- Working with you I can design a piece to suit your gown for a Wedding, Ball or other special occasion.
- Duplicates of a chosen design can be made for Bridesmaids etc.
The initial consultation is free and you are under no obligation to continue with the design. All costs will be quoted on before you commit to the project and you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of the costs and the design in writing.
Bespoke designs and large Repairs or Remodelling projects will require a 50% deposit once the design has been finalised and the quote accepted.
This deposit is refundable, less any supplies specific for your design that have been ordered and are not part of my standard stock. As a result you will receive ownership of these items once I have received them from the supplier.
Under some circumstances an hourly fee may be deducted due to time already spent on a complex design.
Crafting of the item will not commence until the quote has been accepted and the deposit paid. Therefore please keep this in mind if the design is required by a certain date.
The balance will be due on the final fitting date. The item may not be collected or posted until final payment has cleared.
Gift Cards
Gift vouchers (physical and virtual) are available and can be used to purchase from my original designs, on a custom piece, used for repairs or remodelling to your existing beaded jewellery or on classes. The choice is yours.
